Acceptance of Terms

PadelWorld is operated by Payung Group LLC. By accessing or using PadelWorld ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Use of the Service

PadelWorld grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Reproduce or redistribute any content without permission
• Use the Service to transmit harmful or unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written consent

Subscription Plans

PadelWorld offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Pro and Elite are billed monthly or annually. International payments are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record); payments from users in Indonesia are processed by Midtrans.

Free trial: The Pro plan offers a 7-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial, and you may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged. The Elite plan does not offer a free trial. Upgrading to Elite during a Pro trial ends the trial immediately and begins your Elite subscription.

By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For all refund terms, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices for Indonesia

12-Month Pass (365 days): Rp 399.000 (launch price) for the first 100 buyers or until 15 November 2026, 23:59 WIB, whichever comes first; then Rp 499.000

AI Coaching Content

Our AI Coach feature provides automatically generated training advice. This content is for informational purposes only and should not replace guidance from a qualified human coach. PadelWorld is not liable for any outcomes resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.

User Content

By submitting reviews or other content to PadelWorld, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PadelWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour we deem harmful to the platform or its community. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.
