Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your PadelWorld Pro or Elite subscription at any time from your Account settings, or by contacting us at info@padelworld.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to all paid features until that period expires.

Free trial: The 7-day Pro trial is completely free — you will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken. If you do not cancel, your Pro subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and the refund terms below apply to subsequent charges. Upgrading to Elite during the trial ends the trial immediately and starts your Elite subscription.

We do not require notice periods. There are no cancellation fees.

Refund Eligibility

PadelWorld is operated by Payung Group LLC. PadelWorld is a digital subscription that gives you immediate access to digital content. The following refund policy applies:

• Free trial: You won't be charged during your 7-day free trial. If you're charged after the trial ends and you didn't mean to continue, request a refund within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full and cancel your subscription.
• Monthly subscriptions: You can request a full refund within 7 days of any monthly charge.
• Annual subscriptions: You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first annual charge, and within 7 days of an annual renewal charge. After that, annual charges are non-refundable.
• Indonesia (one-time payments): One-time payments for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months are non-refundable once access has started, except in cases of a billing error.

How to request a refund: Email info@padelworld.app with the email address you used to sign up. Refunds are processed through our payment partner (Paddle or Midtrans) and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Payment Processor

International payments for PadelWorld are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds for international transactions. Payments from users in Indonesia are processed by Midtrans. Your payment method is managed securely by the relevant processor and we do not store your card details.
